Administrator (Remote)

We are working with a fantastic and successful client, who are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a part time, ongoing temporary basis.

You will have the opportunity to work remotely and be provided with the relevant equipment to set up a fully working desk.

**To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials**:

- Current or previous administration experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Self-motivated
- Excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
- Perform general administration duties including data entry, order processing and auditing

**Within this position, you’ll be**:

- Inputting data onto the internal system
- Maintaining & updating of data accurately
- Typing of letters & other documentation as required
- Sending of letters & other documentation
- Filing paperwork on the electronic filing system
- Booking & arranging of meetings as required

**Rate & Working Hours**
- Part time 15 hours per week, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (5 hours per day), however this can be flexible if needed
- £12.00 - £15.00 per hour, dependant on experience
