Ecommerce Executive

**Ecommerce Executive needed for a vibrant, exciting B2C business.**

Salary £21,000 - £30,000 DOE

Based in the Head Office in Northamptonshire and reporting to the ECommerce Manager, the Ecommerce Executive supports the wider ecommerce team in day-to-day online trading, product set up and delivering the digital marketing strategy. You will be responsiblefor optimising the customer journey to improve conversion rates and online KPI's. Accountable for supporting the the online merchandising and infrastructure execution of the website.

**The Role**:

- Support the Ecommerce Manager with the day-to-day management of the existing web sites/shops
- Adding new products every week. Images and written content will be provided - this role is to aid with the management of the process of creating and setting products live.
- Implement website updates and changes for internal requirements
- Review pages and product performance data to report daily, weekly and monthly sales highlights presenting opportunities and challenges with likely actions.
- With marketing ensure all online product launches and campaigns are delivered on time with the correct information, ensuring the merchandising strategy is reflected online
- Manage digital asset production timeline working closely with marketing teams to deliver on time and to brief while supporting all activities with planning and product suggestions
- Be responsible for all key data points in regard to Product Information Management, data files, style codes, pricing, stock, allocation and product descriptions.
- Work closely on the day-to-day operations with the production, supply chain and customer service teams.

- Confident and capable working with large datasets
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Proficient in MS Office 365
- Good understanding of website management
- Confident dealing within a fast-paced working environment.
- Online and offline product merchandising experience would be advantageous
- Experience with Shopify would be advantageous
- Knowledge of selling through online marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay would be advantageous.
