After Sales Support
This post is Responsible to the Managing Director.
The purpose of the role is to provide After Sales Support to existing customers and to contribute to the achievement of Company Sales Targets by the development of the existing customer base, establishing new business clients and achieving the agreed sales targets.
**Sales Responsibilities**:
New PMC Sales
Renewal of PMC Customer Agreements
Minor / major repair quotation including research on parts if required.
Nominated Key account management
Air End/Motor Repairs and overhauls
Other products, smart box, leak detection etc
Methodology
Liaise with the sales team for any new capital expenditure projects
Provide instant sale ‘quality air’ replacement products eg Dryers, Filters, Hose and fittings
Member of the after hours call/callout Team
To complete proposals & quotations including the calculation of sale prices to maintain agreed profit/sales margins/targets
Provide knowledge of competitor activities and maintain knowledge of their products and portfolios at sales team meetings
To promote the business geographically, predominately in Norfolk, Suffolk and East Cambridgeshire and N.Essex in a planned and cost effective manner to achieve new customer sales.
To feed back any customer issues that need attention in a timely and appropriate manner and follow through ensure customer satisfaction and timely payment of invoices.
**Administration, Records, Reports and Communication**
To attend sales weekly meeting (on line) and provide reports as required by the Managing Director
Provide support to the service team to complete PMC renewals
Provision of sales data, including the timely recording of contacts, visits and discussions log all work on the new CRM, provision of reports weekly/monthly as required
To liaise daily with the Service Director/Team for After Sales aftersales opportunities.
To liaise with the Sales Director (Capital) and Installation Director for team opportunites.
To build relationships with prospects and existing customers (internal &external) and to pass leads to the Sales Department for Capital Sales Opportunities as identified during the course of the main duties.

**Other duties**
To adhere to safe working standards and to ensure all Health and Safety procedures are effectively carried out and reporting any concerns to the company Health and Safety Advisor.
- Company Vehicle
- Mobile Phone will be provided and to be used within the parameters of the telephone contract.
- Laptop computer will be provided for business use.
- Any out of pocket expenses to be re-imbursed by agreement
- PPE as required for company sites.
**HOLIDAY AND SICK PAY**
The job is full-time per week normal working days, Monday to Friday. Office hours home or from Stanton are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm, lunch break to be taken within the day. You will be required to be flexible to achieve targets by working early morning and late afternoon/early evening and possibly occasional weekends in order to meet our sales targets. You agree to waive the 48 hour working rule.
Holiday is 20 days per annum plus 8 Bank Holidays.
**Salary**
OTE £ 38000.00 first year
**Training**
Product training will be supplied as required.
**SICKNESS**
The company operates a Company Sick Pay Scheme of 4 weeks sickness paid over a 12 month rolling period.
**DRIVING LICENCE** - This position is only offered on the basis of holding and maintaining a full and valid UK driving licence.
