**Business Development Executive**
**Location**: Uxbridge, London, UB8 1QE
**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year + uncapped commission.
**Contract**: Full time, Permanent
Fortis Hosting is a dynamic hosting company that has been setup from the ground-up with the purpose of providing cloud-based computing services as well as offering traditional hosting solutions to SMEs and the consumer market. Fortis Hosting currently has awide customer base and is looking to expand further into the cloud and managed services market.
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and sales focused individual who has a passion for technology and working in a small target driven team.
**Business Development Executive - The role**:
There will be a small number of accounts to manage immediately, though this role will primarily focus on developing new business opportunities, selling full managed IT Services including IT Support, cloud, Cyber Solutions.
This Business Development role will be supported by outbound marketing campaigns delivered by 3rd party agencies which will ultimately be managed by the New Business Development Manager.
**In addition to this as our Business Development Executive you will be responsible for**:

- Generation of new business
- Developing a sustained pipeline of clients.
- Contact potential clients
- Attend onsite and virtual conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Maximizing revenue and opportunity from new opportunities
- Generating accurate and timely quotations/proposals for new clients
- Following up on quotations and proposals
- Achievement of hard and soft monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
**What we need from you**:

- Sales experience in B2B and MSP/Managed services
- Proficient Microsoft licensing knowledge, M365 & Office 365
- A good understanding of Backup and DR technologies, including Business Continuity
- A good understanding of Cyber Security technologies and Data Protection policies
- The ability to keep up to date with evolving technologies
- Provide clear and precise information that is understood on a basic level by technical and non-technical individuals
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of business needs, from SME's
