Operations Manager

Hunter Masons client has an exciting opportunity for an expereienced Operations Manager based in Lichfield (covering the midlands)
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Manage the Department portfolio.
- Managing multiple clients with variable requirements within Health and Safety Requirements
- Pre Scope of Works and Estimation
- Programming sequenced works across Construction Projects
- Over see and ensure that Q1-Q4 figure targets are met.
- Oversee and recruit new staff - completing initial job descriptions/interviews and managing their programmes.
- Complete quotes and deal with all incoming Department related sales queries.
- Desirable - Business Development bringing potential clients and work in for the business.
- Attend Senior Management Meetings and manage Director’s expectations for the company’s growth.
- Analysing data to calculate the cost-benefit ratio.
- Locating problems in the company's supply chain through quality control checks.
- Establishing and monitoring employee schedules.
- Creating programmes for employees’ professional development.
- Establishing objectives for increased output and improved efficiency.
- Monitoring the overall budget of the business as well as departmental budgets.
- Resolving disputes between departments about resources.
- Examining the company’s resource management and looking for ways to boost employee productivity.
- Developing tools to automate repetitious processes.
- Monitoring on-site projects and field operations.
- Resolving inventory management concerns.
- Constructing logistics-enhancing solutions.

**You Must have**:

- Full UK Driving Licence
- Trade Related Qualifications
- Financial Knowledge
- Health and Safety Knowledge
