**Internal Recruitment Coordinator - Financial Services**
**£40,000 + excellent benefits**
**Docklands**
**The Role**:

- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Director to ensure the smooth coordination of Recruitment activities
- Attend business and recruitment meeting with the TA Director
- Produce reports via the CRM such as time to hire, recruitment sources etc.
- Build and maintain internal relationships with hiring managers
- Assist with organising events
- Write and post job adverts
- Schedule a high volume of interviews for all internal vacancies
- Act as the first point of contact for recruiters

**Essential requirements**:

- Previous experience within a similar recruitment coordination role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills - MS Office including Excel and CRM’s
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced busy role
- Professionalism
