Senior Programme Partner

**Contract: 12 months (Fixed-Term)**

**Salary: £50,000 per annum**

**Start Date: August/September 2023**

**Shift Pattern: 36 hours per week /Monday - Friday / 8:30am - 5:00pm**

**HYBRID WORKING AVAILABLE**

**DUTIES**
- To be the lead point of contact between Governance and the TRO in relation to integration activity.
- To support the Integration Overview Group to deliver key milestones, identifying blockages and escalating where necessary.
- To ensure integration plans are bought in to, understood and have the capacity to deliver.
- To lead, manage, co-ordinate and deliver assigned integration projects within agreed timescales.
- To assist with the development and maintenance of business systems including plans, risk registers, reports and performance information.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience working within a social housing provider or a similar organisation.
- At least 2 years’ experience within a Programme Partner role or equivalent.
- Experience of successfully managing a range of internal/external stakeholders and third parties within a matrix management environment.
- Project management experience/qualification (Prince2, Lean, Agile).
- Comfortable managing 4 or 5 projects at any one time.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes primarily: Word, Excel Outlook and Teams.
