Trainee Builder

Key Skills:
To be able to work alone using your own initiative as well as being able to assist their team members on the completion of projects.
Be prepared to learn new skills from experienced builders.
Prep and clean construction areas.
Delivering and distributing supplies (expect some heavy lifting).
Be able to complete general decorating jobs.
Dealing with day to day queries from the tenants at the property.

As a company we are willing to invest in you and train you in different fields such as, electrics, plumbing, carpentry, general building and plastering. We are offering a long term employment in a well established company.

The hourly rate is dependant on the age and experience level.
