**About the role and team**

We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our Housing Litigation team to support fee earners on a broad range of housing litigation. The work will be interesting and challenging and plays a vital role in supporting our lawyers as they work on a variety of litigation.

The work will consist of
- Running disrepair claims pre action
- Assisting in possession claims on all grounds and anti-social behaviour injunction cases
- Preparation of trial bundles for court
- Preparing briefs to counsel
- Assisting qualified lawyers with directions such as disclosure and inspection of documents

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who:

- Demonstrates a passion for helping our social housing landlords transform communities and improve standards in their homes
- Is interested in litigation and preferably has some litigation experience in any work area
- Is enthusiastic, accurate; manages their time effectively and enjoys working in a team
