Caretaker

We are currently looking for 1 x Caretaker to join our team on a temporary contract across Spectrum Business Park, Seaham.

Duties of The Role:

- Cleaning the building and surroundings.
- Gardening and performing landscape duties across the site.
- Inspecting the building including heating, cooling, lighting and alarm systems to make sure they are in good working order
- Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required and requested.
- Monitoring cleaning materials, tools and furniture and reordering as required.
- Opening building at the start of the day and locking all doors and windows at the end of the day.
- Adhering to the companies safety policies to create a safe working environment for everyone on the site.

The Person:

- Must have previous, similar experience.

**Salary**: £11.78 per hour
