**WHAT TO EXPECT**

This role will see you will be a claims escalation assessor for Claim Management, this will entail working with the claims and 1st level assessors to aid in the assessing of all claim types. You may also in assist in the review of current and new business rules to capture claims, setting up and running of Service plans programs as required. You will be requested to assist in the delivery of key insights into the claim submissions of warranty, goodwill, Service and maintenance and more to aid in the improvement of Right First Time Claim submission within JLR.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Daily Assessment of Claims
- Quality checking of processed Claims
- Assist business process improvements on all claims management area’s
- Assist Claims Business rules process
- Communicate to Markets / Regions on issues with Claim Submissions
- Where required support the operational running changes to the following area’s:

- Claims Assessment
- Service Maintenance Plans Administration
- Assist the Change request process to enable Warranty System changes
- Assist with questions to engineering on claims assessment questions and controls
- Supply support to claims assessment teams and market escalated questions on claims management
- Investigate claims that have been highlighted as suspicious
- Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**

**Essential**:

- Automotive technical knowledge
- Ability to consistently deliver targets
- Logical approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literacy

**Desirable**:

- SAP Knowledge / Warranty Portal
- Experience in Automotive Retail network
- Experience with Claims data (Warranty, Goodwill, etc)
