**Sales Administrator**
**Location: Gillingham, Dorset**
Ambassador Pools and Leisure is a family-owned business that has been supplying the UK pool market for more than 50 years. We operate three successful showrooms located in Ringwood, Southampton, and West Stour, as well as a thriving online retail website and construction division.
We offer a great working environment with a friendly, funny, knowledgeable team of individuals and free on-site parking.
**The duties/key responsibilities**:
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Provide and keep track of customer quotations.
- Arrange and chase customer deliveries.
- Take and process customer orders.
- Provide after sales support.
- Update customer records.
- Ad-hoc purchasing tasks.
**Sales Person requirements**:
- The ability to sell products and services.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service or retail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Motivation and initiative to work through busy seasonal shifts.
- To be able to use a computer and the main software packages competently.
**Summer hours (8 months) 42.5 hour weeks**:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm, Saturdays: 8:30am-5pm.
**Winter hours (4 months) 40 hour weeks**:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am-5pm, Saturdays: 9am-4pm.
- Weekly pay.
- Minimum of 10 Saturdays per year, paid at agreed overtime rate.
- 28 days holiday, Christmas shut down, and Bank Holidays off.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10.00-£13.50 per hour
