**Company Overview**

Cobalt is delighted to be working with a well-respected Real Estate Investment Trust. Based in London our client specialises in the commercial sector providing bespoke office space to some of London's brightest businesses. Given the projects which the Technology& Innovation team is working on they are looking for a self-motivated Power BI developer to come and support the business on its lofty growth ambitions, where there will be an opportunity to work on various projects throughout the business.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Championing the use of data and analytics, enhancing adoption and growth in the user base, with the aim to be data-driven through information and insights along with providing support to end-users
- To manage the automated reporting system for the business and wider teams
- Provide and maintain supporting documentation and relevant procedures to ensure that the rest of the team members can manage the environment during periods of absence
- Supporting teams on what reports should be used and how they should be accessed as well as identifying and developing improvements
- Provide and maintain supporting documentation and relevant procedures
- Be responsible for weekly and monthly recurring tasks such as inserting data adjustments, data cleansing/corrections, data reconciliation, data validation

**Role Requirements**
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), or data warehouse design experience
- Have at least 1 years experience working with Power BI
- Have strong organisational & planning skills
- Be able to problem solve and be self-motivated
- Experience with working with wider non-technology functions with clear communication skills
