**Role Profile**
An exciting opportunity for a Content Manager to join a start-up company whose mission is to play their part in addressing some of today's biggest environmental Challenges. Our client specialised in making electric mobility accessible to everyone. As a ContentManager, you will build a distinctive brand through local insights and culture with integrated marketing campaigns that connect with customers and drive the brand.

**Key Responsibilities**

**SEO**:

- Effectively track SEO visibility of your country and activate all actions to get maximum visibility
- Lead content agencies & freelancers to get the best value they can provide in the execution of tasks and processes:

- Conduct semantic audits to detect ranking opportunities (based on user's intent and keywords categorization)
- Conduct backlinks audits and build strategic partnerships with publishers and influencers to grow our popularity
- Build a Content Calendar that fits our audience's demand
- Ensuring all content follows our style guide, tone of voice, and brand guidelines
- Reviewing, editing, and improving content

**Local Marketing**:

- Manage all our own channels (CRM, Social, Website) and ensure all content has a clear purpose aligned to the overarching content strategy, brand strategy, and business objectives
- Ensure we tell our brand story consistently across all touchpoints, create compelling stories for our users, and help drive more users into the funnel
- Create visual content in collaboration with freelancers and agencies and make sure that it's continually reviewed and optimized based on data and user feedback
- Identify, build and manage strategic partnerships to leverage their channels to tell our story and to generate more demand for our service

**Skills & Experience**
- Native in German
- An entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast-paced and growing business
- You have a flair for storytelling, and you have the ability to find the right words to get the right message across at the right time.
- You have a strong attention to detail, you know what goes into a great photo, you can create beautiful print layouts, and you can't wait to take pictures of our eBikes and mechanics in action to create a compelling story for our users and drive traffic& engagement.
- You have high standards for everything you do and dig into the details to assure that your output consistently meets a high bar.
- You are a team player and like to work with people who are very different from you: Operations, Tech,
- Being passionate about bikes is a plus
