We are looking for a Crewing Coordinator to join us with a real potential to move to a permanent position. Working as part of the Human Resources team, you will be responsible for the effective coordination and administration of freelance resources across the business, the post holder will be the first point of contact to both internal and external stakeholders for all freelance or IR35 related queries.

The post holder will play a pivotal role across the business, ensuring compliance with freelance and contractor legislation, as well as managing and scheduling Matchday resources and ensuring all deadlines are maintained.

Ideally you will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with high levels of attention to detail and the ability to multi task. Knowledge of football would be beneficial.

Flexibility in start and end times is available - due to the nature of the role and need for clear and reactive communication, this is an office-based role, Monday - Friday.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
