Careersolve are proud to be once again supporting one of the fastest growing companies in the region who are leaders in their field. We are looking for a **Creative Executive** to join our client in Manchester on a permanent basis.

**Our client offers**:

- **Salary of £27,000 - £30,000 DOE**:

- **Company events and free bar in the office**:

- **Early finish on a Friday**:

- **Hybrid working, 3 days in office 2 from home.**:

- **In July and August 1:00pm Friday Finish**

Hours - Monday to Thursday 9.00 am till 5.30 pm. **Friday 9:00am till 4.00pm**

The Main focus of the role of the creative executive is to work proactively with your clients by planning company advertisements, monitoring brand campaigns, shaping brand standards to their target audience and to flip ideas into stories.

Core duties of the **Creative executive**:

- Looking for a person who can create a story; whether this is based on a trending conversation or driving the news agenda with a bespoke campaign that wins media fame for our clients.
- Working with some of the largest marketing companies, designing campaigns that are tailored to that business needs.
- Think outside the box, using their creativity skills to produce ideas that will win headlines
- Using current trends that drives the agenda with a bespoke campaign that wins the media frame for your clients.

Skills & Knowledge required of the **Creative Executive**:

- Previous experience in a marketing/PR role.
- Knowledge of current marketing trends that will produce high levels of engagement.
- Degree equivalent in marketing, advertising, or similar degree (DESIRED)

Personal Attributes of the **Creative Executive**
- Interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the creative team to give their best performance.
- Outside the box thinking character.
- Great time keeping ensuring projects are where they should be and meeting all client deadlines.
- Observant, thinking and able to follow own sensible judgement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
