The Retirement and Investment Technology Group develops, hosts and supports financial and administration software for our user base, both external and internal. Our group is made up by multiple software development teams in North America, Europe and Asia working collaboratively as we strive to reduce time to market, deliver increased business value, and improve the quality of our digital services.

We are looking for you as the Product Owner NNA for Quantify, our global actuarial valuation system in our Retirement Business. In your role you will be closely partnering with the Project Manager and Product Owner for Quantify in North America to deliver consistent and clear business needs from Retirement outside North America. To get to these, you will work very closely with our NNA Stakeholders to define and consolidate development requirements while ensuring that everyone understands the true need around standardization

**The Role**
- You will be accountable for the product requirements on a day to day level and hold responsibility for and authority over the product backlog as it concerns Retirement NNA. This includes the defining, managing and ordering of the high level requirements, working with the global stakeholders.
- Your strong collaboration ensures that the stakeholders understand the true need around standardization, enabling you to ensure acceptance is gained from these and that the product delivers maximum value to the business in the most cost-effective way. This includes developing and managing roadmaps on an NNA-level that feed into the global Quantify roadmap and release planning.
- As the Product Owner for NNA, you act as the single point of contact for our stakeholder groups in Europe, GB, APAC, Australia and LATAM as it relates to standardization, processes, requirements and automation.
- You will proactively work with stakeholders to identify levers for efficiency and rationalization as well as manage and communicate the impact of upcoming features in existing processes allowing users time to adapt and update processes when required.
- This consequently empowers you to represent the views of our Stakeholders to ultimately defend these as they are considered within the wider global Quantify planning. As part of release activities, you will coordinate UAT activities with the global Quantify leads to continue to achieve a high level of stakeholder and user commitment from colleagues in NNA.
- Your responsibility does also include the tailoring of release communications to our NNA stakeholders and users to achieve visibility, knowledge and uptake of functionality.
- In addition, you will be regularly following up with teams on uptake of rollouts and on conversions.
