**Job Description**:
**Role**:Talent Acquisition Partner (this roles supports a mixture of team & hiring managers across non tech teams)

**Location**: We offer a mixture of office & hybrid working, you may find yourself coming to the office a couple of times a week

**Employment Type**: Permanent, full time

Our TA Team is on a mission to ensure we have brilliant basics, ensuring our processes, interviewing, reporting are fit for purpose and that we’re all providing the same level of quality and service to hiring managers.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Accountability for end-to-end recruitment hiring across all Business functions (eg Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, etc). You will be the driving force behind how we identify and attract the best in class talent at Gousto across all Business functional areas
- Continue to identify ways to optimise our hiring processes and leverage automation
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to simplify the complex, and provide the right level of updates/reporting on both hiring activity and market insights. Comfortable with providing effective and insightful data reporting to support/influence hiring objectives/strategies.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Lead in realising ambitions to elevate, broaden and deepen the role of TA across Gousto
- Provide support to the TA Lead in continuing to our TA and wider People team OKR (objective & key result) activities
- Ensuring that you embody and role model our Ownership Principles (Dream, Deliver & Care)

**Qualifications**:
**Who you are**:

- A genuine interest in recruiting across a broad range of functional areas
- TA / Recruitment background in agency or inhouse (in house is highly desirable although not essential)
- Comfortable hiring across a variety of Business roles at all levels - anything from Finance, Supply Chain to Operational Excellence
- Previous experience of direct sourcing & LinkedIn Recruiter is essential (we are passionate Team that directly source for all our roles)
- Comfortable managing multiple reqs / roles anything from 6 - 12
- Comfortable questioning the status quo, and providing alternative solutions, if you feel there is a better way
- Curious; positive outlook and approach; willing collaborator; detail oriented; strong communication skills; motivated to build an awesome business
