**Deputy Manager - Colchester**

**ABOUT YOU**
- Have experience in a team leader or deputy manager role.
- Have excellent relationship building skills.
- A drive to mentor and support your colleagues.
- Enjoy working in a busy environment.
- Be flexible - Saturday working will be required.

If you are multilingual this is an added bonus not a requirement.

** We are also offering a 10% salary increase from January 1st 2023 **
