**Job Title**: Multitrader

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a range of construction tasks, including basic carpentry, plumbing, plastering, groundworks, decorating, and other trades as required.
- Travel to different project sites within the Epsom area, carrying out tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Use own high-quality tools to complete tasks to the required standard.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times, taking appropriate precautions to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other tradespeople to coordinate work and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
- Take pride in the quality of workmanship and strive for customer satisfaction on every project.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in various elements of construction, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, groundworks, and decorating.
- Clean driving license and own vehicle for travel between project sites.
- CSCS card or equivalent certification.
- Own high-quality tools required for the job.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high standards of workmanship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
