**Job Details**

Reporting to the Fleet Team Manager, the post holder will be the main customer contact for the Horticultural Workshop maintenance service centre. The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Fleet Horticultural workshop working 36hrs per week with a salary grade of FC7 £31,179.34 to £38,950.71

A key part of the position is the requirement to provide a quality, cost effective land-based plant and machinery maintenance service that meets the needs of our customers.

**The Person**

Experience read in the supervision of a manual workforce in an operational role.

Considerable experience in horticultural workshop management. Experience in horticultural service delivery.

Knowledge of industry legislation and standards.

Working Knowledge of financial systems.

Ability to prioritise.

Effective organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to use own initiative.

Able to work as part of a team.

Effective communication and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and customer care skills.
