About the role

Certitude’s Business Development function focuses on the development and delivery of our strategic approach to increasing the support we provide to people who have learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs. The Tender Administrator will provide administration assistance to support tender submissions and general administrative support to the wider Development Team.

The primary role of a Tender Adminstrator is to support the Business Development Manager to manage the tender submission process and to enable Certitude to submit tenders for new business on time and to a high standard.

Duties will include:

- Collate clarifications for live tenders ensuring information is shared with relevant colleagues
- Effectively administer tender submissions in response to contract opportunities, meeting all required deadlines
- Administer tender meetings.
- Partner with internal colleagues to ensure information is supplied in a timely manner to meet agreed deadlines.
- Ensure the safe keeping of personal or sensitive information received through the tender process, including TUPE information and information which is commercially sensitive to Certitude in line with GDPR.

About you

To be a Tender Administrator at Certitude, the following are essential:

- Ability to take the initiative to work through complex tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy
- Ability to flex, work effectively under pressure and manage a range of priorities
- Able to work autonomously, you will be a highly motivated and emotionally resilient individual.
