**Our Business**
Teesside Gas Processing Plant (TGPP) is an independently owned gas processing facility located in the northeast of England. TGPP is a highly efficient and flexible gas processing plant which has, since construction, been operated and managed to world class standards by the same highly motivated and proficient team.
**The Opportunity**
We are now recruiting for an Business Services Coordinator at our Teesside Gas Processing Plant (TGPP) located at Seal Sands, reporting directly to the Senior SHEQ Engineer. This is a fixed term 11 month contract role.
It is the responsibility of the Business Services Coordinator to provide administrational duties to the staff of Teesside Gas Processing Plant.
You’ll be supported with personalised on the job training, coaching, mentoring and twice-yearly development and performance reviews to help maintain & develop your contributions and competence.
**Major Duties**:
- Provide administrative duties to site personnel and maintain any administration filing system to a consistent high standard
- Manage and facilitate reception services (answering telephone calls, dealing with visitors etc), also ensuring a high standard of housekeeping throughout the front office area.
- Organise meeting room bookings, site visits, PPE requirements for visitors, refreshments and lunches and travel requests e.g hire cars
- Manage the mail handling system to ensure post is dealt with promptly and filed accordingly
- Assist in the collating and development of reports and meetings as requested by management in a timely manner
- Management of the stationary cupboard
- Administrate and maintain the sites Company Operating System (COS). Review and update procedures according to department managers recommendations.
- Facilitate and manage timely updates of the COMAH procedures.
- Organise any internal or external training seminars. Forward plan according to training matrices, Alcumus and individual requests. Manage the Training Diary and maintain all training records and registers. Administrate and update training competence documents/databases.
- Assist the Senior SHEQ Engineer in his duties as required.
