**Responsibilities**:

- Leading the development and implementation of the school's SEND policy and practices
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with families, external agencies and stakeholders to ensure pupil success
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation and ensuring all staff are trained in understanding SEND requirements
- Identifying and coordinating interventions and support for pupils with SEND through liaising with colleagues, external agencies and professionals
- Requirements:
- Hold a degree-level qualification in education or a relevant field
- Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Demonstrate a strong ability to lead and manage staff, drawing upon your experience and expertise
- Show enthusiasm and dedication to making a real impact on the lives of our children
- Have a passion for creating accessible teaching and learning opportunities for all students
- Have the NASENCo qualification or be willing to obtain it with a view to remain in post for at least 2 years after completion**About Us**:
