**What you’ll do**

**Job Title: SHE Advisor**

**Process: SHES**

**Reporting To: SHE Specialist**

We have a permanent vacancy within the SHES Department working dayshift.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Providing practical advice on SHE issues, feeding back when required standards are not being met and making recommendations for corrective action as appropriate.
- Supporting incident investigations
- Preparing and/or revising SHE policies, procedures, and risk assessments
- Supporting preparation and delivery of occupational health and safety training courses
- Supporting the management, development and implementation of systems and procedures to ensure SHE compliance with Corporate requirements and UK/EU legislation;
- Provide leadership for Safety Representatives on site
- Contribute to SHE KPIs performance
- Provides support at department safety meetings
- Carrying out necessary audits and inspections to ensure that SHE standards are being maintained
- Providing practical SHE advice to employees, management, and contractors on SHE issues
- Preparing reports on matters relating to SHE as required
