CNC Miller

**Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Set and operate, program 3,4 axis CNC milling machines to produce components to tight tolerances and high quality standards.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure components are manufactured to the correct dimensions and specifications.
- Conduct regular quality inspections of components during the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Troubleshoot any issues with the CNC machines and perform basic maintenance and repairs as required.
- Collaborate with production planning and engineering teams to ensure components are produced on time and to the required specifications.
- Assist with the continuous improvement of production processes and suggest ways to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience setting and operating and programming CNC milling machines.
- Technical knowledge of Heidenhain/Fanuc programming would be beneifical.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience with precision engineering and manufacturing techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- A team player with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
