Export Administrator / Coordinator is required to join our growing Logistics team based at our Head Office in Kingswinford.

Are you looking to utilise your export knowledge and further develop your experience within an expanding global manufacturing/distribution environment? You might be working for a freight forwarder, or possibly in a customs and excise administration post; a role where you’ll ensure all processes are followed in line with legislation.

Stiltz design, manufacture, distribute and install the innovative Stiltz Homelift in domestic homes throughout the world. We already install more homelifts in the UK than any of our competitors, but our vision is to be the largest homelift company in the world. Our customers sit at the centre of all we do, but we work hard to look after each other too.

**What you can do for us**:

- Act as the main contact on all export administration for our RoW Trade team on all our EU outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate of our exports.
- Liaise with our external partners, freight forwarders, agents and manufacturing colleagues to oversee collection and onward shipments and provide shipping documentation to meet HMRC legal requirements ie commercial invoices/packing lists.
- Resolve any shipping related queries and tracking shipments to ensure they reach customers on time, providing proof of deliveries for the Trade Team.
- Plan, prioritise and organise a varied and busy workload to meet daily deadlines.

**What you can offer us**:

- Proven experience of working within a similar export administration role with good working knowledge and understanding of international trade and/or shipping / freight forwarding. Good understanding of shipping terminology and documentation required for various global destinations. Ability to identify product classification and export country requirements.
- Previous experience of using an ERP based system would be advantageous.
- Technical knowledge of customs and international trade is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated, highly organised with a diligent attitude to detail. You must be able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines whilst prioritising a busy work schedule.
