Credit Controller

The Credit Controller will focus on the collection of invoice payments from customers who pay by cheque or BACS in line with customer credit terms.
As the Credit Controller you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining regular contact with customers in advance of payments becoming due
- Actively pursuing any customers with late payments and identifying any issues with deliberate payment delays
- Allocation order numbers and general administration
- Following up on any account queries raised by customers
- Opening Credit Accounts and processing documentation
The successful Credit Controller must hold previous experience and will be expected to cover for the Senior Credit Controller in their absence which will include carrying out the Direct Debit processing.
