As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing outstanding customer service and administrative support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the practice by handling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating communication between patients and dental staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients in a warm and professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary
- Process payments and handle financial transactions
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Keep the reception area clean and organised
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
