Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a wide range of hair care services including cutting, styling, coloring, and chemical treatments
- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling
- Recommend appropriate hair care products to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance when needed
- Collaborate with the front desk team to schedule appointments and manage client bookings

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
- Proficiency in barbering techniques for both men's and women's haircuts
- Experience in front desk operations is preferred
- Ability to perform eyelash extensions is a bonus
- Strong customer service skills to provide an exceptional salon experience for clients
- Store management skills to assist with inventory management and retail sales

**Job Types**: Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £9.48-£10.40 per hour
