Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Assistant to join our team or a Teaching assistant/ One2One. As a Special Assistant,Teaching assistant/ One2One. you will provide support and assistance to individuals with autism and many other special needs. Your role will involve working closely with children, providing educational and behavioral support, and ensuring their safety and well-being.

**Duties**:

- Work one-on-one with individuals with autism or ADHD, ADD, providing personalized care and support
- Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide educational support, including tutoring and assistance with homework
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, mealtime, and medication administration
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the individual's care
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals with special needs

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with individuals with autism or other special needs is preferred
- Knowledge of special education principles and practices
- Ability to provide care for toddlers and children of various ages
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with special needs

Please note that this position may require additional background checks or certifications as required by state regulations.

**Salary**: £80.00-£110.00 per day
