Sales Estimator

**We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Estimator to support an operation within a sales and manufacturing business.The purpose of the role is to p repare and provide detailed and accurate quotations & provide administrative support to the sales department.**

Occasionally you will need to attend trips within Europe to meet and assist our stakeholders, so a full valid passport is essential.

**Located in Chandlers Ford offering £28,000 - £31,500 plus bonus.**

**Full Time - Monday to Friday**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and provide detailed and accurate quotations to meet customer’s requirements
- Follow up live quotations
- Participates and actively contributes to regular business reviews with the distributors.
- Assist distributors / customers with technical queries
- Processing quotes & sales orders.
- Preparation of export documentation
- Managing the end-to-end process (from quotation to shipment)
- Managing orders using in house bespoke systems (training will be provided)
- Liaising with internal stakeholders for delivery schedules.

**Person Specification**
- Ability to define and manage own priorities
- Ability to develop relationships across all levels within the business
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Ability to adapt own approach and priorities in line with changing business needs / priorities
- European languages
