Now recruiting: for an Accounts Administrator (1 day per week) Different day each week, to be discussed and agreed.

Very established engineering company based in Hyde. We speacialise in repairing motors/pumps etc.

We are looking for someone to join our small team on a part time basis performing all administrative duties for 2 small businesses. Managing all customers, suppliers and staff.

You’ll be the first point of contact for any finance related enquires.

We will, of course, provide the training and support you need to thrive in your new role but we need someone with:

- Proven work experience as an accounts administrator or a similar role
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
- Hands on experience with using accounting software, ideally Sage
- Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
- Ability to work within a fast paced role
- Good telephone mannerisms
- Good customer service skills

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Processing payments, invoices, receipts and enetering data into an accounting software
- Management of debtors and creditors including reconciliation
- Managing and collecting payments/debts
- Adhoc payment runs
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Managing and dealing with all finance related queries
- Assisting finance manager with administrative duties with preparing month/year end accounts
- Adhoc sales admin

Working hours: 9:00am to 5pm (Monday - Friday)

No weekend work

Extra work will be available to cover holidays etc

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
