Trainee Personnel Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Registration of contractor personnel ensuring all appropriate documentation and references are compliant
- Administration of personnel on-hire including collation of timesheets, expense claims, invoices and associated documents
- Maintenance of certification of personnel
- Processing sales leads from customer, contractor selection and rate negotiation
- Organisation and coordination of travel, logistics, visas and any other such requirement pertaining to the placement of personnel to the client worksite
- Proactive customer account management including generation of sales opportunities through day-to-day communication, client visits (UK and overseas) and attending events of behalf of the company to secure profitable relationships
- Proactive recruitment of new contractor personnel through marketing, referral etc.
- Assist with CV input for contractor personnel
- Assist in the processing of Seamans book and passport letters
- Compile contractual documents and issue to contractor personnel
- Participation in out of hours support on rotation
- Comply at all times with the Company’s Quality and Health & Safety at Work policies and Procedures

**Requirements**:

- Good verbal and written communication
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Attention to detail

Desirable:

- Personnel logistics experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
