**Regional Trainer**

As one of the largest franchisee of Domino’s, we are seeking passionate individuals to join our current training team with the drive of putting our people first and seeing then develop and grow.

We have an openings in our training team looking after the South East Region.

Joining our current training team, you will be joining a team of highly skilled individuals who deliver anything from Pizza making workshops to Leadership training sessions. Implementing and managing their regions succession planning and pre-course requisites for the management career path.

Our training team is passionate about the brand, and more importantly, passionate about people and about learning new things that will make delegates excel in their roles within the business.

If you think you have what it takes to be a Regional Trainer, provide staff with hands on coaching to improve store performance and identify operational gaps and make recommendations for areas for improvement you might be who we are looking for.

Your skills and experience should include:

- The ability to work independently
- Appropriate level of computer and technology skills. (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint)
- Ability to give constructive feedback and diffuse volatile situations
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective coaching and motivational skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong presentation skills and ability to tailor messages to audience
- Previous training experience
- Preferable to have Quick Service Restaurant or Restaurant experience.
- A clean full driving licence
