**Iceland International has been operating for over 30 years and have a brand presence in over 63 countries, with great interest coming in weekly from other countries.**

**We are looking for an International Account Manager to join our International Team.**

**Overall Purpose of the role**:

- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to customer concerns and requirements
- Build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate customer records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Work with International and other internal teams to develop strategic plans and ensure KPIs are being met
- Develop a thorough understanding of our business and products to better upsell to our international customers

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Handle enquiries and requests from customers and address their requirements
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive regular relevant information to ensure the customer requirements are met
- Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
- Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organisation
- Identify upsell, cross-sell and development opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
- Take full accountability to achieve and ideally exceed set sales targets and levels of customer service.
- Carry out effective and strategic market research to identify and review business opportunities and subsequently provide recommendations and insight for the development in that market.
- Become a Brand Ambassador for Iceland foods on the international stage promoting the Iceland brand throughout the world
- Ensure Iceland UK colleagues and stakeholders are informed and engaged in the positive development of Iceland International
