**Position**:
We are seeking a skilled and meticulous service engineer to join the team.

You will be responsible for delivering technical support and services to our customer in the London and south east area.

Your main missions are the following:

- Plan, manage and carry out, on customer’s sites, service engineering, maintenance support, breakdown support and spares support business for customers
- Provide advanced technical support to internal team and customers when needed
- Provide relevant training to customers as and when required
- Raise any business opportunities that you identify during your customers interventions
- Maintain and develop customers satisfaction
- Liaise with all HFC UK departments (customer service, supply-chain sales, technical department, etc.) to meet customer expectations

Area to cover:

- London and South East UK

**Profile**:

- Have worked within the building service maintenance and especially HVAC for at least 3 years.
- You are familiar with HVAC control systems as well as mechanical valves and pump assemblies, motors, drives and controls.
- Have ideally a minimum qualification of HNC in engineering, preferably building services, however mechanical or electrical engineering qualifications will also be considered, or equivalent time served experience.
- You are willing to be flexible and travel across the UK and overseas, depending on requirements.
- You are self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously. You know how to prioritize your work and deal with both a planned and reactive workload
- You should possess a high level of communication skills and an ability to communicate at all levels, to be able to develop a strong report and trust level with our customers.
