**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft delightful coffee experiences for our valued customers.
- Learn and master all La'espresso products.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold high standards of safety.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, leaving a lasting impression on our guests.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Be a team player, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere.

**What we're looking for**:

- **Enthusiastic** Baristas who have a genuine passion for coffee-making.
- **Strong communication** skills and **adaptability** are essentials and yes **multitasking **gives you an edge.
- **Availability **Weekdays and weekends
- **Exceptional customer service **with a smile

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £5.28-£10.99 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Banbury: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
