PCB Reworker

You will use written work instructions and items lists to assemble products to customer specifications. Key Skills of the PCB Reworker will include:

- Knowledge of electronic components;
- Soldering and PCB rework skills;
- Complete modifications and surface mount component replacement to IPC standards;
- To follow company procedures at all times to ensure product and process integrity is maintained at all times;
- Reworking and repair of both SMT (Surface Mount) and TH (Through-Hole)
- Rework and repair by hand or with repair aids, including track and pad repairs, wire linking and modifications and board repairs.
- Operating soldering irons, infrared BGA placement and reflow and X-Ray machines.
- Experience of at least 3 years soldering electronics including BGA, QFN and chip components

High concentration levels and attention to detail are essential, along with an excellent level of dexterity.

You must be punctual and be prepared for the responsibility of producing high-quality products.

Based in Newbury, RG14 5TU

Salary Negotiable £28,000.00 to £30,000.00 - DOE
