**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct property valuations and provide accurate rental price advice.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, meeting their needs throughout the letting process.
- Create compelling property listings with high-quality photos and descriptions.
- Conduct property viewings, showcasing key features to prospective tenants.
- Negotiate rental terms and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, values, and legal requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for property instructions and lettings.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in lettings or estate agency.
- Strong knowledge of the Coventry property market and local amenities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
