ENGIE are recruiting for a Senior Consumption Data Administrator to be based in Leeds. This is a permanent full time role working 37 hours per week. Working is flexible in relation to office attendance (1-2 days per week) and standard office hours (8:30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 4:30pm Friday) are expected. **Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop new process documentation (including any gaps) and ensure documentation is reviewed and updated on a quarterly basis as a minimum
- Assist with the resolution of complex queries both internally and externally
- Assist the Team Leader with coaching and 1-2-1 support for team members where required
- Prioritise and respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely manner, and assist the team with theirs.
- Ensure team tasks are prioritised appropriately and any issues are escalated urgently including ensuring cover for phones and emergencies at all times.
- Assisting in the general work of the Consumption Data team, especially complex consumption dispute resolution.
- Assist the Consumption Team Leader with work allocation according to their responsibilities and level of experience, and to provide technical assistance to others ensuring that customer queries are resolved within service levels and performance targets are met.
- Provide assistance with team reporting giving visibility of task and individual performance.
- Complete regression / testing as required and within the deadlines set.
- Represent the team in internal and external meetings including customer, agent and performance meetings, ensuring team actions are addressed in a timely manner.
- Facilitate on-the-job staff training and training improvements for Consumption Administrators and other internal teams.
- Review team development against skills matrices on a monthly basis and recommend development opportunities and cross skilling initiatives to ensure we always have enough cover for holidays and absence.
- Monitor industry changes ensuring the team impact is understood and shared for implementation.
- Deputise in the absence of the Team Leader.
- Adherence to internal processes and risk frameworks.

**Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications required**:

- Understanding of the registration and metering processes and interdependencies between customer setup and interfacing departments.
- Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent numerical skills and verbal comprehension.
- Able to produce effective and accurate work within tight deadlines.
- Able to demonstrate a practical approach to problem solving.
- Able to report technical issues to a wide ranging audience.
- Good time management and personal organisational skills
- General understanding of the Smart metering programme and the functionality of Smart and AMR meters
- Gas and/or Electricity industry experience and relevant Consumption experience is essential.
- Proven record of excellent customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Previous management experience would be desirable.
- For this role, you must have evidence of the right to work in the UK. There is no re-location package offered with this role._
