**Job summary**:
CPR is a part of the Government Major Projects Portfolio, which comprises of the largest, most innovative and highest risk projects and programmes delivered by the government.

**Job description**:
**About The Role**

- Leading on managing incoming customer/industry enquiries via the shared mailbox
- Responsible for liaising with relevant policy/project teams and develop answers for reply
- Ensuring the enquiries are logged and added to external industry facing FAQs and newsletters as needed
- Supporting the key CPR forums - scheduling, presentation coordination, post event reports, taking actions and notes
- Lead on the management of sharepoint folders
- Information gathering and research tasks

**Person specification**:

- Experience with liaising with internal and external key contacts
- Experience of organising and managing meetings and events administration
- Experience of enquiry handling
