Working with our highly qualified and experienced SHEQ Manager, we are looking for a construction qualified ex graduate who wishes to pursue a stable career with us starting as a trainee and working up to full Management status in Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental management.

Essential qualities must include a willingness to commit to Churchill Specialist Contracting as a long term employee and key member of the management team.

Some experience within the construction or a related industry is a distinct advantage.

Working closely with our SHEQ Manager, your duties would include:

- Regular site audits of our workforce of all work types.
- Health surveillance.
- Development, maintenance and administration of plant and tool procedures.
- Internal and external SHEQ audits.
- Incident reporting and investigation.
- Assistance with LRQA 6 monthly SHEQ Management System audits.
- Continuous monitoring and improvement of Churchill Management Systems.
- Health, safety, environmental and technical training of staff and workforce.
