**Job Description**:
The **Finance Administrator - Sales** will work with the Commercial Team to ensure that customer deals and invoicing for Proactis Ltd and Proactis Pty Ltd are raised and recorded accurately and promptly.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Accurately raise all sales invoices and commission credit notes for Proactis Ltd and Proactis Pty Ltd.
- Maintains accurate customer records in both Admin Database and Finance systems.
- Reviews the weekly consultancy days report received from the Commercial Team, querying any overrun/discrepancies and updating the Admin Database and raising invoices in line with the contract/PO.
- Reconciles expenses incurred with onsite consultancy and vice-versa, recharging onto customer in line with the contract/PO.
- Ownership of licence request process, including the twice annual review, new/upgrade requests and deactivating access when contracts expire/aren’t renewed.

**Qualifications**:
**Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills**:

- Previous experience in similar roles would be advantageous.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Producing accurate work and adhering to deadlines.
- Good spoken and written communication skills, an assertive but tactful manner.
- A team player who integrates easily and communicates positively.
- Highly organised with a methodical approach and with the ability to manage own workload.
- Flexible, adaptable and reliable.
