Long-term Site Supervisor role available starting in Central London

The client: An established specialised contractor in the London super prime residential refurbishment sector.

The role: General Site Supervisor role stepping in as number two on site reporting to the Site/ Project Manager. Typical duties will include: managing direct and subcontracted labourer; ensuring work is carried out to appropriate standard; inducting new staff; setting out based on plans.

**Requirements**:

- SSSTS or SMSTS
- First Aid & CSCS
- qualified trade background or general builder
- Previous management experience as a supervisor
- able to read plans and set out

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 9-12 months

**Salary**: £180.00-£200.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (required)
- SMSTS (preferred)
- SSSTS (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
