Here at Serco, we are looking for a Lounge Hosts who has a natural flair and passion for customer service - ensuring that our valued guests have an exceptional journey with us.

This is a role where your days may vary but your approach to delivering outstanding service will always remain paramount and welcoming our guests with a smile and friendly nature will never falter You could be expected to co-ordinate disruption at a station and liaise with our Controls and guests and daily you will ensure lounges and shower area are kept tidy, clean and presentable. You will go the extra mile where needed, making our guests hot drinks or supporting admin duties where required.

**What you’ll need to do the role**
- Firstly, we ask that you are willing to put our guests at the heart of everything you do
- You will need to be customer focused and ideally have face to face front line experience.
- Excellent attendance, time keeping and reliability
- The ability to work anti-social hours are essential - *shift patterns are a key part of this role.

We are proud to serve the UK’s most remote railway station too, Corrour.

Caledonian Sleeper sets new standards in overnight rail travel, offering a choice of affordable seats, private guestrooms, some with en-suites and double beds, as well as our much-loved Club Car to around 200,000 guests per year.
