**ESOL/EFL Teacher**

Are you a passionate and dedicated EFL/ESOL/General English tutor? New Start 4U Career Development and Learning Centre in Coventry is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our friendly team. As an ESOL/EFL teacher, you will play a vital role in helping our students achieve their language learning goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in EFL/ General English/ESOL/IELTS/Business English etc. from level entry 1 to Level 2 both online and/or on site.
- Conduct skills assessments and discuss individual goals with students.
- Design customized learning programs to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Prepare teaching materials utilizing various resources such as worksheets and computer packages.
- Deliver both individual and group teaching sessions effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Mark exam scripts and provide constructive feedback to students.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of an undergraduate degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Possession of a recognized EFL teaching qualification (e.g., CELTA, DELTA, TEFL, or equivalent) or a minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching English to adults.
- Experience in IELTS, CAE, and FCE exam preparation and assessment is desirable but not essential.

**Additional Information**:

- The position offers flexibility in working hours and can be adjusted to fit the availability of tutors.
- Teaching opportunities are available during daytime, evening, and Saturdays.
