MOT Juice supplies software systems and online training to MOT testers and garage owners up and down the UK, and we are seeking to expand our support team with fresh enthusiastic people who can give phone and video support to our users both new and old.

**Position**:Client Caregiver

**Salary**: Negotiable

**Location**: Crawley

Role can be split between two people as two part time roles

**NO WEEKENDS **_(well actually if you want to work weekends then probably some clients would love you)_

**Holidays**: 28 Days per annum (Includes bank holidays)

**PLEASE NOTE**: Our offices are quite far from any form of public transport, so it is essential that you have transport.

**What you need**:

- Organised, process driven and analytical.
- Effective communication skills: you love speaking to people and are a natural networker
- Resilience and a positive attitude
- Assertive and patient - NOT PUSHY
- Data collection and analysis skills
- Genuine, caring, and empathetic
- Knowledge of the motor trade (not essential as you will be trained on everything you need to know)

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Building relationships with existing clients; helping them make better and full use of the products they have paid for and not using to its full capacity.
- Analysing MOT Juice database to see where we can upsell their current plan
- Supporting the team with reporting and analysis
