You should also be able to drive the commercial growth of the business through sales, marketing and member retention processes.
- Experience teaching a variety of group exercise classes
- Someone who lives close to the gym
- Outgoing, fun and personable
- Can effectively manage and promote the growth of social media channels
- Someone who is passionate about growing the gym and investing in their own self-development
- Can work morning shifts starting at 6am, afternoons and also evenings
- Experience within the fitness industry working in a similar role
- Knowledge of human physiology, diet and exercise science.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to sales processes including tasks such as lead generation, appointment booking and successful tours which result in conversions
- Contribute to marketing processes including tasks such as door-to-door and hand-to-hand leafleting, effective social media posts and advertising the gym to local businesses
- Contribute to member retention processes including member inductions, member non-attendance calls and creating workout and nutrition plans for members
- Carry out thorough inductions for new members and existing members, taking as long as required to empower the member with confidence to take control of their own fitness journey
- Provide members with amazing group exercise classes
- Ensure members are working out in a safe, clean and tidy environment
- Act in a professional manner at all times
- Be a reliable instructor who arrives on time, punctuality is of the utmost importance
- Ensure Health and Safety at work regulations are followed at all times

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Glasgow, G46 8QZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Fitness Industry: 1 year (preferred)
