**Occupational Therapist (Full or Part time)**

A dedicated Children’s or Young Adult Occupational Therapist to deliver support with sensory processing difficulties based in the Northampton area.

**To be considered for this position you must hold a relevant degree or working towards a degree in Occupational Therapy**

As the Assistant Occupational Therapist your key responsibilities include:

- Help lead the team in reviewing interventions with sensory processing difficulties and to help with develop further pathways
- Support the team in meeting the service’s goals
- To deliver clinical interventions
- Develop knowledge and skills in other clinical areas of the occupational therapy service
- Help with development of further clinical pathways in the service
- Complete EHCP needs assessments
- Develop further knowledge in other clinical areas of the service

- Be able to build rapport with service users of all ages
- Be an excellent team player
- Able to show a can-do attitude always

Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 8-42 per week

**Salary**: £10.50-£13.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Northampton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- OT Degree? or Working towards an O.T Degree? (required)
